Uraaaaa!.

So, I managed to achieve one of the objectives planned for this year - the passage of training and certification. Certified Scrum Master. from. Scrum Alliance. I want to express my deep gratitude for class training Sergey Dmitriev - indispensable to our trainer and coach:).

CSM Training was held in Minsk, and lasted for two days. Particularly interesting was the fact that he spent training Sergey using tools such as Scrum TaskBoard, Burndown Chart and even DailyStandup ( informally every hour on it, we noted the progress on the Burndown Chart).

Sergey also told of plans to conduct future training program Certified Product Owner, which is extremely interesting to me personally, because it is the part I most often to execute their projects.
